I would always recommend using a stand alone ftp tool rather than the build in tools in cpanel.

During this Video we’ll show you how to use Filezilla a free ftp program which is one of the vest on the market.

It might seem a bit complicated but when I started I had no Idea to how to ftp so stick with it and  it will be second nature to you very soon.

If you ever buy a new domain and set up a site but still can’t see it then it is usually the nameservers that are the problem. You’ll hear hosting companies tell you that it can take up to 48 hours for the nameservers to resolve. (start pointing traffic to the right location).

In reality it very rarely take more than 5 or 10 minutes. If they aren’t working after 30 minutes check them..
